enjoying the oregon weather. cold & wet but cozy on a sunday morning. wrapped in a blanket, drinking coffee, & watching meet the press.

later in the day

later in the day i travel to this place for cocktail hour, dinner, and a comfy evening at a resort.  tomorrow i will wake up and speak to these people about the current state of digital coversations, and how to make social media a human, quality, experience. (for those of you who caught renny at inverge, it’s a similar talk but with a travel twist.)

don’t tell this guy, but i kind of miss being on the public speaking circuit… it was a pain in the ass, but fun nonetheless.

kept the kidbot up for the daylight savings transition leading to a bedtime battle. what are you going to do with your extra hour?

oh… hey! i’m tumbling now. http://semaphoria.tumblr.com/

mental drool re: tumblr

i love geeking with html.  it’s been too long friend.

no flickr integration?  REALLY?

does tumblr need comments?  i think so.  otherwise this media ain’t so social.  disqus seems a good option.  hope it works for y’all.

is having twitter auto-feed into my tumblr a good or bad idea?  would love your thoughts.

and i love that it takes about 34 seconds to create a tumblr.  sure, i spent the next few hours fiddling… but um… username/password and go!  that’s a low barrier to entry.  love it.

pumpkin season has come and gone.  i can’t believe it’s november.

Saturday morning. messy house. ugh.

using my inside voice.

i started blogging a very long time ago.  at one point i was writing three blogs daily.  then i had a kid.  then i made the switch from corporate life to agency life.  then i started traveling frequently… and well… it fell by the wayside.

but i miss it.   so here i am again.  i’m going to try tumblr on for size.

but i want this blog to be less rants and more whispers.  let’s see how i do.

why i’m 637 feeds behind on average.
